I had high hopes for my stay, but alas, the room was cramped and not at all what the pictures portrayed. If you care to check in after hours, good luck trying to find that odd reception! A complimentary drink would've been nice but was sorely lacking. I almost considered a better review, but just couldn't.

Particularly good location for our visit to Juliet's House a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Great and adequate breakfast with cheese, wonderful slices of watermelon and bacon, ATTENTIVE service.

Totally recommend for a break on long journey
Clean room, friendly staff, conveniently located near local eateries, and just a short walk from the major attractions made our stay enjoyable, complemented by the benefit of free wifi to keep connected.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair

The hotel is quiet, in a nice location near the city center. The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was very nice and seemed newly renovated with a great bathroom facility. Cannot say anything about breakfast since we had to go to the airport very early in the morning. The only minor issue was that after about 8-9 p.m. there is no staff on duty and if you have to leave for the airport early in the morning you must make taxi arrangements the night before. Otherwise, this was a great value for our money.

Hotel Marco Polo big name, but the comparison between high price and what do you get..never again
Near by the arena and shooping malls, Wlan was okay, the room was clean, personal friendly
Price is very very expensive, if you see there differents between the Internetinformationens, the pictures and the natural!!! The room under the rove, like a cabin about 10 Qm, the hole night you hear the air-conditioning from the uther room under the rove. I booked 11 month bevor, I ask for a parking places two times, but it doesn't work. There is a parking garage about 10 min by feed, but it is very ancomot. I was happy to booked only one night together with my husband. Breakfast in the cellar without light from outside. 8.30 am table full off used plaids, bread hard, the service friendly but not trained for a hotel.

The unique historical decor in the rooms added a charming touch, reflecting the local culture. Proximity to the Verona Arena made evening outings for the Opera effortless, only a 10-minute stroll away.
The bathroom layout in the Standard Double or Twin Room felt cramped was nice. Some guests encountered noise disturbances from the street that could disrupt sleep, particularly in exterior-facing rooms. On top of that, the breakfast area was often congested during peak hours, leading to long waits for food.

The location is excellent and the parking was outstanding. They provide garage parking for 15 euros a day.
What I did not like was that they charged me for the portable baby crib. I was charged 10 euros a night.

This hotel was super cozy and clean, really loved the comfy beds. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the arena and lots of bars nearby. Breakfast was pretty decent with a good variety, better than most italian breakfasts. I appreciated the friendly staff who were always helpful. The little walk-in closet was a nice bonus for keeping our things organized.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped and the shower head wasn't working that well. Plus, it got a little noisy at night from the outside street.

It was very Italian and was within walking distance from the main square and arena. The room was spacious.
Breakfast was poor and staff not that welcoming
